Return Window: 14 days from delivery date

Returns accepted only for:
- Product defects 
- Wrong item shipped

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:
- Items without original packaging
- Products purchased on final sale

RETURN PROCESS:
1. Contact us via email: info@glo-rituals.com within return window 
2. Receive return authorization number
3. Package item securely with RMA number
4. Ship to provided return address (Customer pays return shipping unless defective)

REFUND TIMELINE:
- Refunds processed within 5-10 business days after receipt
- Refunds issued to original payment method
